Delete EasyGo account

Request permanent deletion of your EasyGo account and associated personal data, including your profile, saved addresses and uploaded personal photos. This applies to your access as a customer, driver, business member and administrator.

Some order, payment, tax, security and dispute records may be retained where required or permitted by law. The current privacy policy describes the retention periods and exceptions. Privacy policy

The privacy team reviews requests and normally responds within 30 days, as described in the privacy policy. They will confirm the deletion schedule, any records that must be retained, and completion. Submitting this request does not mean your account has already been deleted.
