This Privacy Policy explains how Eazeway processes personal information when operating the EasyGo marketplace.
1. Controller and scope
Eazeway is the Data Controller and operator of the EasyGo marketplace. Our service address is Grand Anse, St. George's, Grenada. The Owner / Authorized Administrator of Eazeway is the privacy contact and can be reached at eazewayofficial@gmail.com.
This Policy applies to personal information processed through EasyGo for Customers, Business applicants and account holders, Driver applicants and account holders, ambassadors, support contacts, and visitors using EasyGo services.
2. Information we process
Depending on your role and the services you use, we process account and contact information, including your name, unique email address, phone number, account preferences, and language choice. We may also process Business and Driver application information, role and verification information, catalog information, and evidence supplied for a permitted application or support workflow.
We process order information, including items, prices, fees, payment and fulfillment status, order history, communications, support records, and information needed for refunds, reconciliation, fraud prevention, safety, and legal compliance. We also process saved addresses until they are deleted or the account closes, subject to continuing legal obligations.
3. Location, addresses, and delivery
When you use an address or location feature, EasyGo may process the delivery address, provider-suggested place details, and the precise final coordinates you confirm for an order. We use this information to quote, coordinate, complete, support, and investigate the authorized order workflow.
Historical delivery-location snapshots form part of transaction records and may be retained with the related order. Live Driver location is used only as needed to coordinate a delivery opportunity and the related delivery workflow.
4. Payments and EasyGo Payments
Card payment entry and payment processing are handled by configured third-party payment providers, such as Stripe where configured. EasyGo does not intentionally store full raw card numbers, card security codes, expiry details, or full bank-account credentials. We may retain protected provider identifiers and financial records needed for orders, refunds, reconciliation, security, support, and legal obligations.
EasyGo Payments may direct eligible Businesses and Drivers to a payment provider's secure payout-onboarding experience. The provider processes bank and identity information needed for that service. EasyGo may receive provider status and limited masked destination information necessary to present payout status and administer the marketplace; provider-held information is subject to the provider's retention requirements.
5. Why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, operate the marketplace, display and fulfill orders, coordinate delivery or pickup, provide support, communicate order and service updates, process permitted payments and payout-related status, and comply with legal and financial obligations.
We also use information to protect EasyGo, our users, and the marketplace from misuse, fraud, safety risks, duplicate or ineligible benefit use, and unauthorized access. We use proportionate security and anti-abuse signals designed to minimize unnecessary data. We do not merge separate customer profiles, credentials, addresses, orders, Friends, chats, or messages merely to assess a welcome benefit.
6. Notifications and analytics
We use your notification and communication preferences to provide order, delivery, security, service, and support updates. Optional marketing communications are handled according to the choices available to you and applicable law.
EasyGo uses privacy-respecting first-party visitor analytics to understand broad use of the service, improve reliability, and measure product performance. General analytics are normally deleted or aggregated or anonymized where practical after up to 12 months.
7. Sharing information
We share information only as needed for an authorized workflow: with the relevant Business for its order, an assigned Driver for delivery, configured payment and payout providers, mapping and location providers, infrastructure and communications providers, authorized support personnel, and public authorities or professional advisers where lawfully required.
Recipients must use information consistently with their role, contract, legal obligations, or their own applicable privacy terms. We do not sell personal information as a standalone product.
To resolve failed contact during a delivery, the assigned Driver on an active order and authorized Support staff may consult that same Customer's order phone and saved profile phone. A saved number is not presented as verified without verification evidence. We record the review and reported attempts to investigate the delivery and any appeal; this does not authorize contact with other people or use for advertising.
8. Retention
We normally retain Customer account and profile information while the account is active and for up to 24 months after closure. Saved addresses are retained until deleted or account closure, subject to legal obligations. Order, transaction, payment, refund, payout, invoice, and historical delivery-location records are normally retained for 7 years.
Support messages are normally retained for up to 24 months after resolution, and may be retained longer with a related fraud, chargeback, dispute, legal claim, transaction, or safety record. Rejected or withdrawn Driver applications are normally retained for up to 12 months; approved Driver records and Business application or account records are normally retained during the active relationship and for up to 24 months afterward. Financial, tax, transaction, audit, fraud, security, and legal records may be retained longer where required or reasonably necessary.
Security and anti-abuse logs are normally retained for up to 24 months unless needed longer for an active investigation, fraud prevention, dispute, or legal obligation. Provider-held card, bank, or identity data follow the applicable provider's retention requirements.
9. Your privacy requests
Where applicable, you may ask eazewayofficial@gmail.com for access, correction, deletion where no continuing retention basis exists, information about processing, withdrawal of optional consent, or another applicable statutory privacy right. We may reasonably verify your identity before responding.
We aim to respond within 30 days where reasonably possible or within the period required by applicable law. A deletion request does not require us to delete information that we must or may retain for tax or accounting, fraud or security, payments, refunds, chargebacks, legal claims, safety, or another legal obligation.
10. Security and children
We use role-scoped access, server-side authorization, audit records, and separation of provider secrets to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect information using measures appropriate to the services we provide.
EasyGo is not intended for children under 16. Customers aged 16 or 17 may use EasyGo only with parent or legal-guardian permission and supervision. Drivers and people accepting Business commercial or payout obligations must be at least 18.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy when needed to reflect changes to our services, data practices, legal obligations, or security measures. The current version and effective date will be displayed on this page.
