Terms of Service

EasyGo is a marketplace service operated by Eazeway, with its service address at Grand Anse, St. George's, Grenada. EasyGo helps Customers discover participating Businesses, create orders, and coordinate Door Delivery or Customer Pickup when those options are offered.

EasyGo provides the technology and operational marketplace. A participating Business remains responsible for the products it offers, including its product information, availability, preparation, and obligations that apply to those products. These Terms apply to Customers, Businesses, Drivers, and other users as applicable to their use of EasyGo.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity through your account where permitted by applicable law.

Customers must be at least 16 years old. A Customer aged 16 or 17 may use EasyGo only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. EasyGo is not intended for children under 16. Drivers must be at least 18 years old. A person accepting commercial or payout obligations for a Business must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind that Business.

Businesses must keep their catalog, hours, availability, fulfillment information, and contact details accurate. A Business remains responsible for its goods and for responding through the available order workflow when an item is unavailable or a permitted change is proposed.

Drivers use EasyGo to receive and complete delivery opportunities when approved and available. Driver availability, assignment, route, and delivery status may change as operational conditions require. These Terms do not guarantee any volume of orders, delivery opportunities, or earnings.

An order is subject to the products, prices, fees, availability, fulfillment option, and other information shown before confirmation. The confirmed order record preserves the applicable order snapshot; later catalog or configuration changes do not alter that historical record.

A Customer may add items from more than one Business where EasyGo permits it. Each Business may prepare and fulfill its own portion of a multi-business order, and delivery timing, availability, charges, substitutions, or cancellation outcomes may differ between portions. A Shared Cart lets invited members contribute items where available; the person who completes checkout remains responsible for the confirmed order and payment obligations unless EasyGo expressly shows another arrangement.

Door Delivery depends on the delivery address, confirmed location, service coverage, Business availability, Driver availability, and fulfillment details displayed for the order. You must provide a reachable and accurate delivery address, a confirmed pin where requested, and useful delivery instructions.

Customer Pickup is available only when the relevant participating restaurant offers it. Pickup orders do not require Driver assignment. You are responsible for collecting the order at the location and within the time communicated by the Business or EasyGo.

EasyGo shows the applicable market currency and the product, delivery, service, and other configured charges before you confirm an order. Only payment methods offered for the active market and order may be used. Cash orders remain subject to the amount and fulfillment conditions confirmed for that order.

Card payments and related payment processing are handled by configured third-party payment providers, such as Stripe where configured. EasyGo does not intentionally collect full raw card details. Authorization, capture, refund, failed-payment, cash-custody, and receipt states are separate operational and financial events; an on-screen status alone does not prove that funds have moved.

Promotions, credits, and Welcome Delivery benefits apply only when they are displayed as available for the applicable account, market, order, and fulfillment option. Eligibility, limits, exclusions, and expiry conditions are determined in the relevant order flow. Benefits have no cash value unless EasyGo expressly states otherwise and may not be transferred, duplicated, or used to evade eligibility rules.

Cancellation, substitution, refund, restoration, and adjustment outcomes depend on the confirmed order, its fulfillment status, applicable provider records, and applicable law. EasyGo and the relevant Business will use the available order and support workflow to address an issue; nothing in these Terms removes a consumer protection that cannot lawfully be waived.

EasyGo may send order, delivery, security, service, and support communications using the contact methods and notification preferences associated with your account. Optional marketing communications are subject to the choices available to you and applicable law.

EasyGo service availability, operating availability, Business hours, delivery coverage, and Driver availability can vary by market, location, demand, technology, weather, safety, and other operational conditions. EasyGo may maintain, modify, pause, or restrict parts of the service where reasonably necessary.

You must not misuse EasyGo, interfere with the service, submit unlawful, misleading, or infringing material, attempt unauthorized access, evade security or eligibility controls, or use the service to harm others. You must comply with applicable laws and reasonable operational instructions connected to an order.

EasyGo may investigate misuse and suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, safety, legal compliance, unpaid obligations, or protection of the marketplace. EasyGo and its licensors retain rights in the EasyGo service, branding, software, and content, except for material that belongs to you or another rights holder.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EasyGo provides the marketplace service on an available basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular delivery time, product availability, or the acts of an independent Business, Driver, payment provider, or other third party. The supplying Business remains responsible for its products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right, remedy, liability, or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any limitation permitted by law applies only to the extent reasonable and lawful in the circumstances.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Grenada. The competent courts and tribunals of Grenada have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right or forum that applicable law requires.

If you have a concern, contact EasyGo at eazewayofficial@gmail.com so that we can attempt good-faith informal resolution. If a matter is not resolved, the parties retain the remedies available under Grenada law. Consumers also retain applicable rights to contact the Grenada Consumer Affairs Office, Consumer Affairs Tribunal, or another competent authority. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration and do not waive mandatory consumer protections.

EasyGo may update these Terms when needed to reflect changes to the service, law, operations, or risk controls. The current version and effective date will be displayed on this page. Continued use after an updated version takes effect is subject to applicable law and any required notice or consent.
